The Municipal Address of Sports, the Government and the Party of Marianao recognized the athletes, trainers and directive of Marianao that participated in the Pan-American Games of Lima 2019 made in the Cabaret Tropicana.
The municipality was represented by 22 members that obtained 2 medals of Gold, 5 of Silver and 6 of Brass.
Inside the present athletes Luis is E. Patterson, medallista of Gold in Fencing, Andy Pereira, of Tennis of Table, Marina of the Charity Rodríguez of Rising of Weights, Ceily Mendoza Venzant, Silver for teams in Fencing, José Ignacio Cruz, trainer of Modern Pentatlón, Thin Filiberto, trainer of Fight and José Cedeño, official of the INDER.
The occasion was favorable for the exchange among athletes, relatives and directive of the sport.
