Diverse sport and recreational activities will be developed this Tuesday November 19 2019 in the Provincial Address of Sports in greeting to the Day of the Sport, the Physical Culture and the Recreation.

To the 3.00 p.m in the Old Square in the municipality Old Havana, the Provincial Act will be made, to few days of taking place the 500 anniversary of the Foundation of the Villa San Cristóbal from the Havana, with stimulation to outstanding workers, exhibitions of sports, activities of the third age, aerobic musical gymnastics, among others.
This date was chosen keeping in mind that the day November 19 1961 took place the Plenary closing of the First one of Sport Voluntary Correspondents that you/they played an excellent paper in the emergence and development of the revolutionary sport, closed by Fidel Castro Ruz, Boss of the Council of State and of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, in which made a valuation of the situation of the sport movement before the victory of the Revolution and of the transformations happened in those moments, as well as of the big challenges that he/she had the country in this sphere, keeping in mind the benefits that it reported the practice of the sport for the population, urging to the address of this institution under José’s guide Llanusa Globel, founder and first president of the INDER and to the whole town to work to give execution to the same ones, dreams that surpassed the reality that today Cuba exhibits in the Physical Education, the Physical Culture and the Sport at national and international level.
