They don’t fit doubts that the 52 Edition of the International Tournament of fight Hill Peeled-Granma where they participated 11 countries he/she opened the one in route to the preparation of our representatives in the next Pan-American Games, to take place in Lima Peru.
Gustavo Rolle Fernández (father of the Cuban fight) technical director of the Cuban Federation of this sport and with 60 years of experience he/she commented: “We are in a good moment, we develop ourselves systematically to stay among the first five powers of the world, thanks to the effort of a technical community with great experience in the development of the sport from the base.
“For example, in the feminine one we have world figures as Lenna of the Charity Montero and Milaimis Marín, to mention outstanding athletes. We had a perfect performance in the last Central American games and of the Caribbean of Barranquilla, that which evaluates -with a lot of respect and seriousness – the work that is carried out with a view to the next olympic cycle and where each step is analyzed in a critical way and technical aspects are evaluated, methodological with a view to continue obtaining good results in this discipline and to continue for the correct road in the Cuban fight.”
Luis Alberto Orta Sánchez 60 kg better beginner of the year was selected in 2018, it is natural of the municipality of Stream Orange tree, he stands out for his discipline, self-denial, perseverance, will. It is decisive in their preparation the seriousness that shows in the trainings and the support that it offers to their team partners. It defines this way it: “The event carried out in the Sport City, was characterized by a high technical and competitive level. It was a long day where gladiators of a lot of experience participated.”
Orta with 24 years of age and 14 of sport experience has harvested different victories along its career: Central American champion Barranquilla, winner in all his combats in the German League, in front of athletes of high level, reached the golden metal in the past tournament Hill Peeled-Granma (2017) among other results that they endorse his competitive level.
“Very strong rivals exist as Canada, United States, Colom-bia, but the most important thing in my career, are to make the opportune decisions in the moment of the combat, to always listen our trainers, to overcome me every day, to improve my technical arsenal (the movements when throwing). With security I will obtain the victory, the most important thing is to represent to my country, it is each Cuban athlete’s dream. I will put very high the name of Cuba in the next Pan-American Games of Lima”, he/she remarked.
