In meeting made in the theater of the entity with the presence of the General Secretaries of the Union of the fifteen municipalities and of the County, Municipal Directors and officials of the economic area, presided over by Michel Rodríguez, Member of the Provincial Secretariat of the Union of the Education, the Science and the Sport and José Martínez Cedeño, Provincial Director of Sports of Havana.

Economic Subdirector of the Provincial Address of Sports of Havana, when it presented the Plan and Budget for the 2019 highlighting that a good planning of the same one should be carried out leaving of the knowledge of the resources with which we count and this way to achieve a better development of the work where the biggest exponent is the worker, together to the good march in the benefit of services to improve the quality of the population’s life, he/she also makes reference to the Resolution 497/2016 of the Ministry of Finances and Prices giving a wide explanation of the same one in correspondence with the objectives of the Sport.
José Martínez Cedeño, pointed out that it is important the sense of each worker’s ownership, to know the goals to reach and what budget we have because the country is not under conditions of being wasting for what should be used according to that planned and this way to avoid the deviation of resources. It cannot lack the stimulation in an Assembly, the municipality that doesn’t consider this way it is making an error for lack of planning or administration, also pointing out the aspects that contemplate the Emulation ¨POR MI HAVANA 500¨, summoning this way all the workers to a bigger efficiency in the work to contribute to a better service to the town.
Geise Fleites, Provincial Secretary of Emulation, gave reading to the Orientations for the Political Process with the workers in Assemblies of the Plans of the Economy and of the Budget of the Year 2019 and the introductory Document, fear guided from birth by Ulices Guilarte, General Secretary of the CTC.
The mark of the meeting was favorable to clarify some doubts related with the use and final destination of the Budget directed to the moral stimulation of the workers of the sport, as well as the purchase of clothes, footwears, useful sport.

Rafaela Ferrer Calderín, would work of the National CTC in the sphere of Education and Propaganda, it exhorted to all the Municipal Addresses of Sport to the realization of the Assemblies with the workers, to discuss the Plan and Budget of the 2019, very important the popularization that in each moment this the unit between the Administration and the Union, the discussion of the Statutes of the Union in the Assemblies that each worker feels identified leaving of the knowledge that should have on the Budget designated to his entity, the correct use of the same one and it will be contributing this way to the objectives for the 500 years of Havana.
